At Jenny Meadow, our products are custom made especially for you once you place your order.  Most custom retailers do not accept returns or exchanges because of this fact.  However, at Jenny Meadow, we understand that mistakes can happen when ordering, and our customers mean everything to us!

We offer refunds or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The buyer must contact us first and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
